Increment Cycles
Increments are processed twice a year based on the employee’s joining date:
- April Cycle → For employees who joined from January to June
- October Cycle → For employees who joined from July to December
What Determines the Increment?
The increment is based on:
- Collected feedback (self, peers, and manager)
- Overall performance trends
- HR and Leadership review

HR reviews the consolidated feedback to ensure:
- Salary band alignment
- Policy compliance
- Internal consistency across teams
