CAW’s compensation framework is designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and alignment with performance. It distinguishes between work-based contributions and culture-based contributions, thereby rewarding employees for both their work and their positive impact on the organization.
An employee’s total compensation consists of two parts:
Fixed Pay (95% of CTC) – This is the guaranteed monthly salary. It forms the majority of an employee’s CTC and provides financial stability.
Total Structure of Fixed pay includes:
Performance Bonus (5% of CTC) – This is the variable portion of the compensation. It is paid biannually and represents the bonus component allocated within the total CTC. To know how your performance bonus is paid out, please refer to this link.
