Bonus Structure
- Total Annual Bonus: 5% of CTC
- Paid Biannually:
- April: Covers Oct – Mar → 2.5% of CTC
- October: Covers Apr – Sep → 2.5% of CTC
- Disbursement: Paid with salary (applicable taxes apply)
- Eligibility:
- Employees on notice period at payout time are not eligible
- Bonus payout is subject to overall company performance for the period
What Is Evaluated (Building CAW KRAs)
Bonus contributions are evaluated across the five Building CAW KRAs:
- CAW Brand & Representation
- Knowledge Sharing & Team Development
- Recruitment Excellence
- Engineering Leverage & Reusable Assets
- Internal Platforms & Operational Digitization
Employees are not expected to contribute to all five KRAs in a single period.
Contributions are evaluated based on opportunity, role context, and impact.
How Contributions Are Evaluated
Each KRA is assessed using three dimensions:
- Consistency – How regularly did you contribute?
- Quality – How meaningful and well-executed was the contribution?
