What Is Evaluated (Building CAW KRAs)

Bonus contributions are evaluated across the five Building CAW KRAs:

  1. CAW Brand & Representation
  2. Knowledge Sharing & Team Development
  3. Recruitment Excellence
  4. Engineering Leverage & Reusable Assets
  5. Internal Platforms & Operational Digitization

Employees are not expected to contribute to all five KRAs in a single period.

Contributions are evaluated based on opportunity, role context, and impact.


How Contributions Are Evaluated

Each KRA is assessed using three dimensions:
