Our Tech Sessions are designed to encourage continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and the showcasing of great work across CAW. Whether it’s a deep dive into a technology, a personal passion topic, or a project demo, every session helps the entire team level up.

⭐ 1. Points System

To keep things fun and rewarding, every contribution earns points:

• Tech Session → 20 Points

• Personal / Project Demo

  (Mandatory: at least one session per quarter) → 30 Points

🎯 Points accumulate quarterly, and totals determine recognition in our Quarterly All Hands meeting.

📝 2. How to Register

What to include in the form:

• Session title
• Short description (2–3 lines)
• Preferred date/time (give 2 options)
• Tech / non-tech / project-demo tag
• AV / equipment requirements (if any)
• Speaker name & Slack handle

After submission, the Tech Sessions team will confirm the slot and help with scheduling & promotion.
