🚫 What Counts as Sexual Harassment
Think of this as our “Absolutely Not” list:
- Unwanted physical contact or advances
- Requests for sexual favours
- Sexually coloured remarks or jokes
- Showing explicit content
- Any unwelcome conduct that makes work uncomfortable or hostile
👀 Examples (Don’t Do These!)
- Inappropriate comments on appearance, sexuality, or gender identity
- Sharing or displaying explicit materials
- Sending sexually suggestive messages via email, chat, or social media
- Creating an intimidating or offensive environment
