💰 Referral Bonus — What You Earn

When your referral gets hired, you’ll receive a referral bonus of 10% of their CTC or ₹50,000 (whichever is lower).

Payout Condition:

The bonus is released after the referred candidate completes 3 continuous months of full-time employment at CAW.

We want interns to help us bring in great talent too!

➡️ For every 2 successful referrals made by an intern

you earn a ₹10,000 referral reward.

Conditions:

• Both referrals must be hired as full-time employees or interns.
